I haven't quite broken this art block, but this is certainly helping. I finally decided to put *C-91's parameters to good use. After a while of attempting to fix what seems to be a broken plugin [for some reason the "z" variables in the waves2 plugin just disappeared], I decided to leave this the way it was. Finally, I've posted a finished 3D bloom.
I wanted to use the dc_ztransl plugin for this, but then I remembered that I don't know how
